  • Age verification data: Facial recognition data used solely to verify users are 16 years or older (not stored after verification)

2. Google User Data

When you sign in to InClub using Google authentication, we access the following data from your Google account:

  • Email address: Used to create and identify your InClub account
  • Name: Used to personalize your profile
  • Profile picture: Used as your default avatar (optional)

How We Use Google Data:

  • To authenticate and create your InClub account
  • To personalize your user experience
  • To communicate with you about your account and our services

How We Protect Google Data:

  • Google user data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data

Sharing and Transfer of Google Data:

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to third parties
  • We do not share your Google data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Google data is only shared with essential service providers who help operate InClub

Retention and Deletion:

  • We retain your Google user data for as long as your account is active
  • You can request deletion of your Google data at any time by contacting support@inclub.vip
  • Upon account deletion, all Google user data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days

4. Age Verification and Facial Recognition

InClub is intended for users aged 16 and older. We use facial recognition technology solely to predict and verify user age at registration.

Facial Biometric Data:

  • Is not stored after verification is complete
  • Is immediately destroyed once the age determination is made
  • Is not used for any other purpose, including identification or tracking
  • Is not shared with any third parties

Age Verification Audit Log:

  • We retain only the verification result (whether age requirements were met) and timestamp
  • This audit log does not contain facial biometric data or images
  • The audit log is maintained for compliance and security purposes

InClub discloses your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • When necessary for safety and security purposes
  • As part of business transfers (with privacy protections maintained)
  • With essential service providers who assist in platform operations
